dogsimada & marufura fufunjiru / So Who’s Insane

15,00

For this split dogsimada and maru agreed on a time table as the score for the compositions. The lengths of the pieces and pauses were determined by chance operations. Nothing else was known. They composed their music without knowing each others work. The time table was the only “connection”. You can hear dogsimada on the left and maru on the right channel. This split deals with madness and insanity. release: 03.03.03

“Static pulse, hollow satellite song, behold musicality of anotehr universe or lifetime, let yourself sleep and bear witness to the new state of being, dark it is but calling your name, don’t be afraid to sleep to new lullabies. Overall quiet, a sound-noisescape weaving iwth stretches of subtle
musicality and fiddled-with samples. This are a kind of experimental musings I can float in. It’s got more edge than some softer noise/experimental but for those not afraid of the dark (since dark=evil is NOT true …) can find rest here for a time. Be adrift, let the combined forces of Dogsimada and Marufura Fufunjiru work their strange magic on you. The beauty is how it’s done. Dogsimada’s work fills the left channel and M.F. takes the right channel. The result is a unique approach to achieving a layered work of fairly chilled avant garde.”
