DESCRIPTION:Roter Keil – Gelddruckperformance \nIn der kapitalistischen Investitionslogik hat Kunst einen besonderen Stellenwert.\nDabei geht es nicht zwingend um gute Kunst\, sondern um Marktwerte\, die in der Kunst ebenso haltlos sind wie in der Kapitalwirtschaft. Aus kapitalistischer Sicht liegt der Wert eines Kunstwerks darin\, ein fälschungssicherer Geldschein zu sein. Bei der Performance wird die Kunst auf das reduziert was sie in der kapitalistischen Weltanschauung ist. \nDer Kunstverein Roter Keil wurde im Sommer 2012 in Graz gegründet. Der Verein ist eine Ateliergemeinschaft mit zur Zeit 16 Mitgliedern\, die alle im Bereich der bildenden Kunst tätig sind. Entstanden ist der Rote Keil als gemeinschaftliches Atelier mit Arbeitsplätzen\, die den Anforderungen entsprechend adaptiert werden. Die vorhandene Infrastruktur\, Werkzeuge und Kompetenzen in Bereichen wie Grafik\, Malerei\, Bildhauerei\, Goldschmiederei und Fotografie sind in ständigem Austausch und bilden das gemeinschaftliche Konzept. \n  \nRoter Keil – Money Print Performance \nIn the logic of capitalist investment art is of particular importance.\nIts not necessarily about quality art\, but its about market values\, which are just as abandoned in art as in the capital economy. From a capitalist point of view the value of a work of art is to be a counterfeit-proof banknote. In performance\, art is reduced to what it is in the capitalist ideology. \nThe society Roter Keil was founded in summer 2012 in Graz. The association is a studio community with currently 16 members\, all active in the field of fine arts. The Roter Keil was emerged as a collaborative studio with workplaces adapted to the requirements.
