DESCRIPTION: \nKeyvan Paydar: The Beard is present \nIm Rahmen der Veranstaltung “11 Jahre Spektral” sitzt Keyvan Paydar in der Mitte eines viel zu großen leeren Raumes im Volkshaus Graz. Auf dem Servierteller\, mit rosarotem Bart. Er liefert sich aus\, um seine Verletzlichkeit sichtbar werden zu lassen. Bärte sind seit jeher Symbol für Maskulinismus\, Macht und Weisheit. Kollektiv wird der Bart bearbeitet\, die Männlichkeit transformiert. Das Publikum wird zu Akteur*innen und Künstler*innen\, die selbst den Bart mit diversen Werkzeugen gestalten und als Souvenier weitertragen können. Ein Teil des Künstlers wird zur Ware\, Kügelchen schweben wie ein Heiligenschein über dem Spektakel und werden mit rosa Bart gefüllt. On the serving plate\, with a pink beard. He delivers oneself up to  reveal his vulnerability. \nBeards have always been symbol of masculinity\, power and wisdom. Collectively the beard is processed\, the manhood transformed. The audience becomes actor and artist\, who themselves can design the beard with various tools and carry it out as a souvenir. A part of the artist becomes the commodity\, globules float like a halo over the spectacle and are filled with pink beard.
