DESCRIPTION: \nWorkshop mit ETC – Das Boot ist voll \nWorkshop\nDie TeilnehmerInnen erleben durch Übernahme „ihrer“ Rollenpersönlichkeiten strukturelle Ungleichheiten und Diskriminierungsprozesse und erwerben Basisinformationen über die rechtlichen Grundlagen von Diskriminierung. \nInhalt\nEiner wird gewinnen! Oder eine? Egal – jedenfalls haben alle die gleiche Chance … oder etwa nicht? Das Spiel DAS BOOT IST VOLL bildet nach dem Muster des klassischen DKT wirtschaftliche und Arbeitsmarktprozesse ab. Während aber beim Vorbild das Spielen trotz Lokalkolorits im gesellschaftsfreien Vakuum stattfindet und alle SpielerInnen dieselben Bedingungen vorfinden\, sorgen bei DAS BOOT IST VOLL Rollenkarten (Frau/Mann\, Mitglied der Mehrheits-/Minderheitsbevölkerung\, Ausbildung\, Alter\, Behinderung) für realitätsnahe unterschiedliche Voraussetzungen. Der Lerneffekt des Spiels beruht darauf\, die SpielerInnen durch eigenes Erleben von unterschiedlichen Ausgangsbedingungen und (teilweise mehrfachen) Diskriminierungen dafür zu sensibilisieren\, dass die gesellschaftlichen Bedingungen eben nicht für alle gleich sind. \nMethode\nSpielworkshop – Brettspiel mit abschließender Reflexion und Diskussion; fachlicher Input/Vortrag und ergänzende Übungen sind möglich. \nWann: 5. Everyone has the same chance… or not? The game THE BOAT IS FULL represents economic and labor market processes on the model of the classical DKT. But while at the model playing takes place in a societal-free vacuum in spite of local color and all players find the same conditions\, at THE BOAT IS FULL role cards cater for realistic different requirements (woman/man\, member of the majority/minority population\, education\, age\, disability). The learning effect of the game is based on sensitizing the players by their own experience of different starting conditions and (partially multiple) discrimination\, that the social conditions are not the same for all. \nMethod\nGame workshop – board game with final reflection and discussion; professional input/lecture and additional exercises are possible. \nWhen: 5.
