DESCRIPTION: \nEsRap\n\nBevor Esra anfing zu rappen\, schrieb sie Gedichte\, die sie später mit traditioneller türkischer Musik kombinierte. Ihren ersten Track nahm sie daheim auf\, stellte ihn online und merkte\, wie das Interesse an diesem stetig wuchs. Kurz darauf teilte ein Freund ihr mit\, dass „Back Bone 20\, Verein für Mobile Jugendarbeit“\, ihr Studio zur Verfügung stellen\, um jungen Leuten die Möglichkeit zu geben\, sich Gehör zu verschaffen. Dort nahm sie ihren ersten Rap auf\, was ihr Leben veränderte – eine neue Esra war geboren. Das schüchterne Mädchen\, das Angst hatte\, vor ihrer Klasse einen Vortrag zu halten\, wurde abgelöst von dem Mädchen EsRap\, das immer schon in ihr war\, denn sie hatte ihren Weg\, sich selbst Ausdruck zu geben\, gefunden. Esra: „Es gibt ein türkisches Sprichwort\, das besagt: Musik ist die Nahrung der Seele.” Ohne sie kann sie nicht mehr leben\, die Texte fließen aus ihr heraus\, sie schreibt\, weil sie das Bedürfnis danach hat\, es sie glücklich macht. Ihre Texte basieren auf ihren Erfahrungen und Erlebnissen\, sie sind Ausdruck ihres Selbst. \nIhren ersten Auftritt hatte sie am „Winterfest 08“ organisiert von „Back Bone 20“. Die Nervosität legte sich\, als sie die enthusiastische Reaktion des Publikums spürte\, seitdem liebt sie es\, auf der Bühne zu stehen. Den nächste Auftritt hatte sie in der Wiener Stadthalle vor dem riesigen Publikum der „HipHop Collabo 09“. Von da an flattern die Einladungen bei der Haustüre herein. Sie sagt selbst\, dass es nicht immer unbedingt leicht ist\, in der Hip-Hop-Szene eine Frau zu sein. Doch sie hat früh gelernt\, mit Anerkennung und Erfolg umzugehen und ist glücklich über die Unterstützung\, die sie von Freunden und Familie bekommt. \nIhr Ziel ist es\, mit selbst eingespielten Instrumenten und Hilfe der geeigneten Software ihre eigenen Beats zu produzieren. Mit der Matura hat sie sich schon einen kleinen Teil ihres Traumes erfüllt. \n\nEsRap \nBefore Esra started to rap\, she wrote poetry\, combined later with traditional Turkish music.
