DESCRIPTION: \nAlexandra Zsolnai: Fakanál (fuckanal) \nMit der Diskussion um die Erbauung eines Atomkraftwerkes in Ungarn wird sowohl ideologische als auch wirtschaftliche Aufrüstung propagiert. Nationale identiätsstiftende Bilder werden beschworen\, um sich gegen Bedrohungen “von aussen” zu schützen. Die Bedrohungen “drinnen” gibt s nicht. \nAlexandra Zsolnai\, geboren 1990 in Szombathely\, Ungarn\, lebt seit 2014 in Graz. Sie hat Textildesign/Textiltechnik an der Fachhochschule für Musik und Bildende Kunst in Szombathely studiert und die Meisterklasse für Graphik und Malerei an der Ortweinschule Graz absolviert. Sie arbeitet mit bildnerischen und performativen Medien und ist seit 2016 Teil der Künstler_innengemeinschaft Atelier X. \n\n\nAlexandra Zsolnai: Fakanál (fuckanal)\n\nWith the discussion about the construction of a nuclear power plant in Hungary both ideological and economic armament is propagated. National identity-establishing images are invoked to protect against threats from “outside”. The threats “inside” do not exist.Alexandra Zsolnai\, born in 1990 in Szombathely\, Hungary\, lives in Graz since 2014. She studied textile design / textile engineering at the College of Music and Fine Arts in Szombathely and passed the master class for graphic and painting at Ortweinschule Graz.
